                                                            My business has seen a drastic growth in
                                                            2019. With low interest rates and high de-
                                                            mand for homes under 1 Million. It has been
                                                            a busy season. In 2020 I will see more a
                                                            higher increase in buyers due to constantly
                                                            low interest rates and that will allow me to
                                                            almost double my business.

                                                            Being on the Eastside of Seattle we’ve seen
                                                            strong Buyer demand. Buyer’s have become
                                                            a bit pickier but still a lot of Buyers and little
                                                            inventory.
