There are so many positive things to say about Lori St John, it’s
hard to even know where to begin. Exceptional is the first word

that comes to mind. We didn’t know Lori at all when we started

to house search and she quickly became like family to us. She
was never out to just pick up another client and sell a house,

and that meant the world to us. From the day we met her, she
was all ears. She took us under her wing as if we were her own

children and made time for us every single step of the way. Lori
went above and beyond her call of duty in more than one

way....allowing us to enter her private home when she barely
knew us because my son got sick in the car and she helped me

change him and clean up. Shopping around for quotes to
repair polybutylene piping prior to purchasing (able to

negotiate with the seller to fix and pay prior to closing). She
even went as far as door shopping and warranty help in the

middle of the night all after we closed on the house! Not only
did she find us a home that fit our family needs, we also got all

of our bonus optional wants!! She never let us settle for any

house and made sure that our investment would be worth while
in the long run. She’s a pure natural and her work ethic is

impeccable. She’s not your typical fly by night realtor. She is a
retired lawyer and CPA just to name a few! It doesn’t get any

better than that!! Her passion for real estate, strong
negotiating skills, patience, sincerity, and humbleness makes

her the ONLY realtor I would ever use again or recommend to
anyone.
