Initiatives and Goals 2023-2024










                                                    Double # of direct partnerships and on-site services to better offer a “hand

                                                    up” – already adding 2 on-site partners this fall (OSU Wexner Medical and

                                                    IMPACT Community Action)







                                                    Greater visibility within the community – 700+ newsletter recipients,

                                                    encourage word-of-mouth (WARM’s #1 form of client communication),


                                                    recruit partners in the SW portion of the school district






                                                    Staffing – new staff or WARM ambassador volunteer who speaks Spanish


                                                    and/or can represent WARM at events; continue Client Services

                                                    training/development and team building
