About Randy Stager
Randy Stager is the Founder and CEO of Target SoCal, a marketing and branding firm helping businesses
to creatively connect with their ideal target market in a way that is trusted and appreciated. Randy is
passionate about helping business owners to most effectively market and brand their business with
affluent homeowners.
Prior to starting his own marketing firm eight years ago, Randy worked for 23 years as the National
Marketing Director for a successful apparel manufacturer, whose clients included Nordstrom, Macy’s,
Dillard’s and hundreds of specialty retailers across North America.
Randy is a devoted family man, with five amazing children and two adorable grandchildren. He enjoys
chess, bodysurfing, working out and hiking with his family. He is also an accomplished musician and
music director, having performed and directed music throughout the U.S., Canada, Australia, New
Zealand and the South Pacific Islands.
