ACKNOWLEDGMENTS

This Sustainability Action Plan (SAP) is offered for consideration
to the Founder and President of UmRio (OneRio) and its Board.
The Plan was completed pro bono by Mandalyn Gulbrandsen, a
Harvard Extension-Sustainability ALM student. The SAP is a
product of the Consulting for Sustainability Solutions Capstone
(ENVR E-599a) under the direction of Dr. Neil Hawkins and Dr.
Brad Allen, who, along with Capstone cohort peers, provided

guidance and support throughout the consulting process.

This report consists of consultant recommendations and does
not constitute any obligation on behalf of UmRio. References to

specific companies, organizations, or governments are offered
for illustrative purposes and do not represent endorsements or
commitments.
