We agree to…..
Hold shares in confidence.
Be aware of taking up just enough time to say what we need to say,
giving others time to say what they need to say (Asteya).
Listen actively, with care & attention.
Use "I" language to own feelings & experience.
Allow others to feel & resist 'saving'.
Create space for difference - speak your truth while allowing others to
have theirs.
Center impact over intention.
Share with vulnerability, remembering it allows others to do the same.
Embrace paradox. There are many truths. We each believe our own truth.
Practice humility. Be ok with not knowing.
Listen with your whole body (instead of thinking of what we’re going to
say next).
Expect discomfort. Here’s where we learn and grow.
Be kind, inclusive, encouraging.
Take care of ourselves and ask for support where needed.
