AGENTS OF IMPACT (AOI)

The key to our efficacy is a pioneering model of activism that decentralizes engagement. We call them
Agents of Impact (AOI).

AOI’s are our activists on the ground floor of our work. Activism can be driven by a single individual or a
coalition working towards a common goal.

AOI’s are trained as surrogates and take action according to their time, personal initiative, and space.
We can empower AOI’s from adolescence to advanced age.

They can do their work in a place of business, school, household, town. Our clinically backed training
program excels at providing a self-determined scale of engagement.

We as the organization act as the muscle providing logistic and material support at scale to each
surrogate’s needs. This creates the ability to cover more populations faster across all intersections, be

The Agents of Impact program will crowdsource proactive mental initiatives and compensate our
community for their services and content in the form of $HOPE tokens.

The Foundation will create a content catalog and registry of services. These assets will get tokenized
in the sense that any community member’s participation in the creation or curation gets rewarded
with $HOPE coins. And thanks to the power of the blockchain, we can authenticate the services and
content itself as a digital fingerprint stored along with metadata in the Solana system. Hence, every
action performed is traceable, verifiable, and immutable.
