Progressive Decentralization

The Hope Foundation is tasked with bootstrapping the HopeDao eco-system to ensure that it can survive
as a fully decentralized organization. The Hope Foundation has a planned obsolesce strategy to carefully
transition the $HOPE protocol from semi-centralized control to full decentralization once the HopeDao
becomes self-sustainable. This provides programmability and flexibility of the protocol in the infant stages,
and a path to full decentralization once the protocol and community reach maturity.

Ultra Sound Money (Store Of Value)

$HOPE can become Ultra Sound Money if the community wants it to be. It possesses the critical
deflationary and security fundamentals and the community controls the flow of tokens rather than a rigid,
fixed mechanism. Ultra Sound Money narrative will not happen overnight but can build over time as the
community grows and $HOPE becomes more legitimate.

Legitimacy

The most important scarce resource is legitimacy. $HOPE is built on the fundamentals of legitimacy,
including; fairness, process, performance, and participation. The $HOPE Treasury and Reward pool will be
held in trust for the common good and owned and governed by the Hope community via social contract.

Community Impact

Hope performs alchemy by transforming a simple transaction tax into an altruistic impact. We seek to build
a communal force with shared values committed to not just in words alone but also in actions.
