The 8 Week Shred Program


        FAT SHREDDING MEALS (CONT.)
        BREAKFAST





                                                                      OPTION 1:
                                                                           • Rolled Oats w/Blueberries
                                                                           • Scrambled eggs

                                                                      Get a good dose of fiber and energy

                                                                      with organic steel cut oats and fresh
                                                                      or frozen blueberries. The eggs will
                                                                      give you your needed protein for your
                                                                      workouts.


















        OPTION 2:
           • 1 piece of whole grain toast
          with whole fruit spread
           • 3 Breakfast Egg Cups


        Breakfast Egg Cup recipe

        Whisk 12 eggs together in a large bowl. Add
        chopped green onion, mushrooms, and one 8 oz.

        package of low fat sharp cheddar cheese. Mix
        together with a spoon and portion egg mixture
        evenly into a 12 muffin tins. Bake at 400° for 20
        minutes. Recipe yields 4 servings.


        Tip for the Egg Recipe: A silicone muffin tin works wonderfully with this recipe.
        Other materials tend to allow the egg to stick and are a heck of a mess to clean

        up. If you decide to use a silicone muffin tin, place it on a cookie sheet before
        you fill the cups and add 5-10 minutes to the baking time.
