Vendors, Producers, and Distributors
Through the Uptown Farmer's Market and networking by the GM and Board members, Chicago Market
has developed a robust network of regenerative farmers, whole meat processors, and small-scale product
manufacturers in the Greater Chicago area. These groups are among the key vendors for Chicago Market
that will help fill their shelves with local, sustainable produce and products. Supporting these local vendors
is a crucial part of the cooperative model, and a strong relationship can be critical to the suppliers' long-
term success and Chicago Market itself.
