KEY STAKEHOLDERS & CLIENT REQUIREMENTS

                 • Make recommendations to address social justice and equity within the Market's governance
                     structure and owner network.

                 • Document and expand on sustainability initiatives identified by the GM and Board.
Additionally, any recommendations will need to avoid conflicts with local regulations, store opening
            progress, and use restrictions:

                 • SAP recommendations should not delay the store's opening timeline.
                 • Unless well-justified, SAP recommendations should not dramatically alter the completed
store design or equipment purchasing plan.

                 • Consider the CTA lease conditions and avoid recommendations that require modifying
the building shell, facade, and structural components.

                 • Chicago Market can not impact CTA operations, modify the elevated track structure, or
violate safety regulations underneath the train platform.

GOALS FOR THE SUSTAINABILITY ACTION PLAN

After some preliminary research, the identified areas of interest were prioritized and tested for feasibility.
The strategies were also cross-referenced against the GM's sustainability ideas to find areas of overlap
            and any potential gaps.

Chicago Market aims to be as comprehensive as possible regarding environmental, social, and economic
sustainability. However, until the store is operational and stable, it is critical to prioritize and focus on the
most beneficial and pressing focus areas. With stakeholder and consultant input, four goals were identified
as primary components to address in the initial Sustainability Action Plan:
