The Mediterranean diet is a nutritional approach
         that emphasizes the consumption of fresh and

         minimally processed foods. It is characterized by
         a  diverse  range  of  fruits  and  vegetables,  whole
         grains, legumes, nuts, and seeds.



         In addition, it encourages the use of healthy fats,

         such as olive oil, and a moderate intake of lean
         proteins,  including  fish,  poultry,  and  dairy

         products.



         The Mediterranean diet is considered to be the
         healthiest diet. It is well-known for its numerous
         health  benefits,  including  reduced  risk  of

         chronic  diseases  and  improved  overall  well-
