Set aside the 4 joined HEJNE posts. To flip the rotating base: Now, the tricky part. In its
original form, the two SNUDDA plates are bolted
together from below. Sandwiched between these 2
plates is a metal ball-bearing mechanism. In its upside
down position, you will see the bolt. Our hack requires
the smaller plate be situated on top of the wider plate.
This creates a problem as the 4 joined HEJNE posts
will cover the bolt, and we won’t be able to attach both
plates together. The solution is to flip the SNUDDA
ball-bearing mechanism over, secure it to the smaller
plate and create a new hole for the bolt in the wider
plate.
