             WELCOME!









             My name is Will Carter and I’m the
             author of this training program. It’s
             a pleasure to be working with you
             on  your  health  and  fitness  goals.  I

             was  born  in  England  and  lived
             there  for  20  years,  now  I  reside  in
             Monroe, NC. I have been a personal
             trainer  for  10  years,  starting  my

             career with Royal Caribbean cruise
             Lines, working for an agency called
             Steiner.  I’m  now  the  owner  of  No
             Limits  Fitness  in  Monroe,  NC,  a

             17,000 sq ft 24/7 gym for people of
             all  fitness  levels  and  abilities.  I’ve
             always  been  extremely  passionate
             about  sports,  particularly  soccer

             and  golf.  I  truly  believe  that  faith
             and fitness lay the foundation for a
             successful and fulfilling life.
