TRAINING INTRODUCTION







                                            Welcome to the full body training plan. The
                                            goal  of  this  plan  is  to  kickstart  your  fitness

                                            journey and create habits that will increase
                                            strength, mobility and your general level of
                                            fitness.


                                            When  you  stick  to  this  plan  consistently,  it

                                            will show you that you don’t need to train 7
                                            days  per  week  and  strap  yourself  to  a

                                            treadmill  in  order  to  get  results.  What  you
                                            do  need  to  do  is  be  consistent  and  apply
                                            effort.      Results        aren’t      a     product        of

                                            perfection, they’re a product of consistency.


                                            Strength  training  is  the  closest  thing  we
                                            have to the fountain of youth. I need you to

                                            commit to pushing beyond the 5lb db’s and
                                            challenging  yourself.  Ladies,  don’t  worry,

                                            you won’t end up looking like a bodybuilder
                                            because  you  grabbed  the  25lb  db’s,  you’ll

                                            end  up  with  that  “toned”  look  that  you
                                            desire.


                                            Keep  in  mind,  this  is  a  guide  that  isn’t
                                            tailored specifically for any individual, it’s to

                                            give  people  structure  as  they  aim  to
                                            kickstart  their  fitness  journey.  If  you  need

                                            something tailored to you individually, that’s
                                            where  online  coaching  or  1-1  personal
                                            training come in.
