WARM UP






             It’s  important  that  you  warm  up  prior  to  each  workout,  so  here’s  the

             warm up I want you to follow before each session.



                      5-10 minutes of incline walking on the treadmill. Maintain a
                      steady pace that you can do throughout.

                      90/90 hip switch 1 x 8 each side

                      Walking lunge 1 x 8 each side


                      Scap dips or scap push ups 1 x 10




             Remember, this is a 3 day full body split. I have devised other programs
             for 4 days and 5 days that you can switch to after these 12 weeks, but it’s
             important  that  you  give  your  body  time  to  adapt.  You  can’t  go  from

             doing  nothing  to  doing  everything  and  expect  your  body  to  fire  on  all
             cylinders,  sometimes  less  is  more.  Give  your  body  time  to  adapt  and

             recover.


             When you see A+B that means there is a superset, so you go from A to B
             with  no  rest,  then  rest  after  completion  of  B  and  then  repeat  for  the

             given number of sets.
