                                                             Before you start this program, are

                                                             you  truly  in  a  position  to  put  the
                                                             work  in?  Have  you  made  the

                                                             commitment to yourself that you
                                                             will  follow  through  with  this?

                                                             Have you looked in the mirror and
                                                             decided  that  now  is  the  time  to

                                                             commit  with  everything  you
                                                             have?


                                                             Creating  positive  lifestyle  habits
                                                             isn’t  easy.  You  will  have  days

                                                             where  you’re  tired  and  sore.  You
                                                             will  have  days  where  there  is  no

                                                             motivation and instead you need
                                                             discipline.



                  You will have days where you might not be able to do the whole
                  workout, but you can do some. Will you follow through on those

                  days?


                  This isn’t a commitment to anyone but yourself, and you owe it
                  to yourself to see it through and apply effort. By the end of this 12

                  week  guide,  you  should  be  a  different  person,  mentally  and
                  physically.


                  While going through this guide, I also encourage you to sharpen

                  the mind with other tools. We become a product of everything
                  we  put  into  our  body.  What  we  eat,  what  we  drink,  what  we
                  listen  to  and  read,  who  we  associate  with.  All  of  these  things

                  shape the person we’re to become.
