                  It’s important that you warm up prior to each workout, so here’s

                  the warm up I want you to follow before each session.


                              5-10 minutes of incline walking on the treadmill. Maintain

                              a steady pace that you can do throughout.

                              90/90 hip switch 1 x 8 each side

                              Walking lunge 1 x 8 each side


                              Scap dips or scap push ups 1 x 10



                  Welcome  to  the  5  day  Push/Pull/Legs/Upper/Lower  training

                  guide. At this point you might’ve already accomplished our 3 and
                  4 day training guides, or maybe you just went straight to this one.


                  When  you  see  A+B  that  means  there  is  a  superset,  so  you  go

                  from A to B with no rest, then rest after completion of B and then
                  repeat for the given number of sets.
