Low-carb diets have been extensively
researched for their potential health benefits.

Studies have shown they can improve various
         metabolic markers, including insulin sensitivity,
         fasting glucose, fasting insulin, cholesterol

         profiles, liver enzymes, and inflammation
         markers.

In addition to these benefits, low-carb diets are
also effective for weight loss, particularly for
people with low insulin sensitivity or a genetic

         predisposition for metabolic conditions like
diabetes. Poor insulin sensitivity is becoming

increasingly common due to genetic factors
         and unhealthy eating habits.

One of the key advantages of a low-carb diet is

that it helps to maintain stable blood sugar
levels. Protein provides a slow and steady rise in

blood glucose, while fiber and healthy fats help
to keep blood sugar stable for longer periods of
time, reducing the risk of hypoglycemia and

         insulin spikes.

For many years, fat was demonized, “damaging”

the health of a few generations. However, recent
research has shown that fat is essential for
producing hormones, and many high-fat foods,

such as avocados, nuts, eggs, olives, and seeds,
are rich in important nutrients. Fat also plays a

crucial role in increasing the bioavailability of
fat-soluble vitamins and essential elements like
alpha and beta-carotene, lycopene, and more.
