As you exhale, make a gentle, steady humming sound by
constricting the back of your throat. The sound should be soft,
soothing, and resonate in your head.
Focus on the vibration and sound of the humming as you continue
to exhale slowly and steadily. Feel the vibrations spreading
throughout your head and calming your mind.
Repeat this process for several rounds, allowing each exhalation to
be longer than the inhalation.
Contraindications:
This technique should be avoided if you have a severe ear infection, you
experience discomfort or pain while closing your ears, or have any other ear
related health conditions.
