Viloma Pranayama. Folks with high blood pressure, any heart conditions,

                                                   brahmari

"Bhramari" refers to the humming sound produced during the practice,

resembling the gentle humming of a bee. This pranayama technique
involves deep inhalation followed by a prolonged exhalation with the
               production of a humming sound.

               Benefits:

This is often practiced as a calming and meditative technique. It can be
done at any time of the day and is particularly beneficial for reducing stress,

anxiety, and promoting relaxation. The gentle humming sound and focused
exhalation help to soothe the nervous system and bring about a sense of
               tranquility.

               How to practice:

Place your thumbs on the cartilage of your ears, lightly

pressing to close the ear openings.

Rest your index fingers on your brow bone, your middle finger

gently touches your eyelid (closed eyes), your ring finger
gentle presses your nostrils close, and your pinkies rest at the

                          edges of your mouth.

Inhale deeply through your nose, filling your lungs with air.
