SAMANA VAYU


                      Samana,  meaning  "balancing"  or  "equalizing,"  is  responsible  for

                      digestion, assimilation, and equilibrium. Samana Vayu is located in the
                      abdominal  region  and  is  associated  with  the  movement  and

                      absorption of prana within the body. It aids in the digestion of food,
                      thoughts, and experiences, promoting clarity, discernment, and inner
                      balance.




                      UDANA VAYU


                      Udana,  meaning  "upward-moving,"  is  responsible  for  speech,
                      expression, and growth. Udana Vayu is located in the throat and chest
                      area  and  is  associated  with  the  upward  movement  of  energy,  the

                      breath during speech, and the expression of thoughts and emotions. It
                      supports vocalization, creativity, and spiritual growth.



                      VYANA VAYU


                      Vyana,  meaning  "pervading"  or  "expansive,"  is  responsible  for

                      circulation,  movement,  and  integration.  Vyana  Vayu  pervades  the
                      entire body and is associated with the movement of prana throughout

                      the  limbs  and  subtle  energy  channels  (nadis).  It  facilitates
                      coordination, connection, and the integration of all bodily functions.
